a. Time Frame:
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.

b. Condition of the Product:
To be eligible for a return, the item must be in new, unused condition with all original tags, packaging, and accessories intact. Items that show signs of wear or have been damaged after delivery cannot be returned.

c. Non-Returnable Items:
Some items are not eligible for return, including:

  • Gift cards
  • Custom or personalized products
  • Clearance or sale items

2. How to Return an Item

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

a. Contact Us:
Email our customer support team at info@wonderhato.com with your order number, reason for the return, and a description or photo of the item. Our team will guide you through the process and provide a Return Authorization (RA) number if applicable.

b. Return Shipping:
Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a return shipping address. You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs unless the item is defective or the return is due to an error on our part.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for returns over a certain value, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.


3. Refund Process

Once we receive your returned item and inspect its condition, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

a. Shipping Fees:
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defect or shipping error. Return shipping costs are also non-refundable, unless we made an error with your order.

b. Partial Refunds:
If the returned item is not in its original condition, is damaged, or is missing parts, we may issue a partial refund depending on the circumstances.


4. Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, color, or model, please return the original item and place a new order for the desired product.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately. We will offer a full refund or replacement at no additional cost. You may be asked to provide photos of the damaged item to assist us in processing your request.


6. Cancellations

If you wish to cancel your order before it has been processed and shipped, please contact us immediately. While we make every effort to accommodate cancellation requests, once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.


7. International Returns

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs, and customs fees may apply. Refunds for international returns will be issued in the original payment currency.
